Just some minor remarks.
* Location of loudspeakers plays much less of a role than direction/orientation. But there are other reasons why the orientation change of the beamer is desirable; potentially more viewers possible & less disruption by people entering/exiting the space.
* The single door width ought to be considered void; unless you also scrap the idea of relocating the big Autocut plotter to the new room. It requires >125cm doorway.
