Announce Broken

- 1 IF something is broken, make an entry here. PLEASE DO IT, so at least people are informed of it! =
- 1.1 If you are able and willing to fix a thing, edit/update it with: an ETA / a plan / a fix so we know someone is busy fixing it
- 1.2 If you are positive it's working again or never was broken in the first place, strike-through the entry, preferably with a hint as to why
- 1.3 If you personally fixed the thing, remove or strike-through it, so everybody can see the functionality has been reinstated
