A weekly members meeting for organising things to do with the space. From 5:00pm till 5:30 pm every Sunday.

About Members Meetings
- The meetings are 30 minutes long.
- Items that are discussed for more than 5 minutes will be cut short and discussion can continue after the meeting.

Internet connectivity
Webmind configured the switch and properly connected the switch to fibre. We've been using our own Internet connection since the 30th and everything works fine.
Hostinc techinc website
Currect offerings have been deemed unacceptable insofar. We should be able to nominate who has access to the system, rather than the hosting provider deciding for us. It's our call who the server people are, not the hosting providers.
Haxpo
There needs to be on the mailing list an announcement for the event explaining the need for volunteers, preferably not the same people who did it last year.

We still haven't got any volunteers. Moreover, the meeting thinks it's a bad idea to run tasks with cron because eople will ignore those mails.
