Standard operating Procedure ProjectsPrune
Without regular pruning, the space can get filled with abandoned projects.
This procedure is an attempt to structure pruning.
Procedure
Once a month, follow the following steps:
- take a picture of suspected abandonad items
- Put them on the wiki
- send a e-mail to members@techinc.nl. List the items, ask people to take ownership of the items. Give them 2 weeks for this.
- wait 2 weeks
- throw the items away or bring them to an waste disposal (it might be handy to have some helping hands for this. )
- repeat next month
