Actions:

  • Serviced the extruder/hot end.
  • Has been taken apart completely
  • Removed stuck filament
  • unclogged nozzle
  • put together
  • Made a 4 1/2 hour test print

Result:

See attached image:

  • infill is much better, extrusion seems to be going well now.

  • Tune slicer setting for speed.
