We are making bringing online the CNC mill

The items needed

we have a high torque metal cutting spindle that can do iron and steel.

  • VFD - the thing that supplies power to the spindle
  • water cooling system
  • enclosure
  • mist coolant system
  • cutting oil


Budget estimation

  • about 100eur for a chinese VFD or ~300 for a used western one
  • about 150eur for a water chiller (we will probably attach it to both CNCs)
  • about 50eur for acrylic for an enclosure.
  • about 20 euro for cutting oil and and a mist coolant

total: ~320 euro
