We are making bringing online the CNC mill
The items needed
we have a high torque metal cutting spindle that can do iron and steel.
- VFD - the thing that supplies power to the spindle
- water cooling system
- enclosure
- mist coolant system
- cutting oil
Budget estimation
- about 100eur for a chinese VFD or ~300 for a used western one
- about 150eur for a water chiller (we will probably attach it to both CNCs)
- about 50eur for acrylic for an enclosure.
- about 20 euro for cutting oil and and a mist coolant
total: ~320 euro
