Sunday May 22th another SDR sunday will be organised at the Techinc headquarters, Louwesweg 1 Amsterdam.
Theme this time will be broadcast, single-way AM, FM and DAB+ radio. This traditional form of radio allows listeners to enjoy news and music and other entertainment without subscription plans or personalised advertisements and derived business cases.
Next to this, there will be access to wideband RF recording equipment for signal and protocol analysis, spectrum analysers and other RF gear. Techinc itself is also equipped with a reasonable baseline of soldering and measurement equipment for radio debugging. Parking on Sunday is free and very close to the door.
Location: Louwesweg 1 Amsterdam, use door near inner corner of square. Call +31 6 57245257, 'landline' +31 20 7716647 or PMR channel 6 (446.06875 MHz, FM modulation) for contact and door opening. Door opens around 13:00, ends around 18:00.
