DO NOT TOUCH

Some areas should not be cleaned by us, and should be left to the respective responsible members.

Radio Area

The people from the HAM radio corner do already an excelent job in keeping it clean. Just vacuuum a bit underneath there. Do try not to move things to much.

Power and Ethernet Cables

As a general rule, this should be left to both the powerteam and the networkteam. As those can make sure that infrastructure will not be broken by our attempts.

Only attempt to tidy them up if you are 100% SURE that you will be able to plug it back like it was.

Procudure Pruning

Without regular pruning, the space can get filled with abandoned projects. This procedure is an attempt to structure pruning.

Once a month, follow the following steps:

  1. take a picture of suspected abandonad items
  2. Put them on the wiki
  3. send a e-mail to members@techinc.nl. List the items, ask people to take ownership of the items. Give them 2 weeks for this.
  4. wait 2 weeks
  5. throw the items away or bring them to an waste disposal (it might be handy to have some helping hands for this. )
  6. repeat next month
