What's new

Friendly geek in Amsterdam, supports human rights projects.

Happy FSFE and EFF member. First Finnish EURALO individual member. ICANN NCSG and At-Large Technology Taskforce (TTF), RDS-PDP-WG working group [reviewing whois], ICANN60 fellow. I was head of Ticket and Entrance team at SHA2017, currently Finnish hacker event disobey.fi and RustFest orga. Finnish national International Telecommunication Union pre-meeting working group 2018, Finnish national delegation fall 2018.

My first programming language was Fortran, and my latest interest was Sailfish OS. I do not despise LAMP. Death before front-end applies.

At the moment I am experiencing Arduino overflow. Interested in Cobol for no reason whatsoever.

At Techinc I've discovered I quite like the woodwork as well. When I want to relax, I translate strings to Finnish and Russian for Tor family, FusionDirectory and random Localization Lab projects.

Currently running SubgraphOS.

Happy member of Toool NL, sometimes at chaos Amsterdam meetings

Interested in Canadian First Nations - especially young people and technology. My second favorite hackerspace is Foulab in Montreal. I am a fan of EU and Digital Single Market in particular. My go sucks, but I will most probably beat you at chess.

When in Finland, you can catch me at Helsinki open source group meetings and Information Security Association of Turku meetups. I prefer to spend Christmas alone at CCC congress buildup, you should try it as well.

Thomas Covenant was a handle of LOD member in New York, 1988-89.

Please note: thomascovenant is not connected to the Stephen R. Donaldson's fiction series, the character is an asshole. :)
