To hack, knowledge is practical:

Of

 * Designs tackling common technical issues
 * Module interfaces, 
    * where a module is either some piece of hardware or software, and 
    * the interface is how you can get it to do what you want 
 * programming environments

This can be practically accomplished with a wiki page (imho) but feel free to take another approach (:

I also like oversimplified examples. Examples that will ónly include something if this contributes to understanding of that which is explained.
