Re-Create the IRC-bot Hypatia to interface with the new wiki and/or other techinc datasets. Potentially provide support for plugins in different coding-languages.

Ideas for interfaces
- monitor wiki for changes to important pages
- monitor new wiki user creation.
- provide a proper calculator
- other nice lookup tools? mac-vendor, resistor-color-code, country code tld, and ?

- generic trigger alias for modules (it's like a symbolic link)
