Procudure Pruning

Without regular pruning, the space can get filled with abandoned projects. This procedure is an attempt to structure pruning.

Once a month, follow the following steps:

take a picture of suspected abandonad items
Put them on the wiki
send a e-mail to members@techinc.nl. List the items, ask people to take ownership of the items. Give them 2 weeks for this.
wait 2 weeks
throw the items away or bring them to an waste disposal (it might be handy to have some helping hands for this. )
repeat next month
