Although other people are trying different ways to get one, I went and got a quote from a company that makes belts on customer specification. The quote is [only] valid for 3 PCs, that is the number I requested; then it comes to 12,40 per belt, which equals some 51 euros including tax and shipping. I would say go for it, because I don't think the welding of belts without specialized equipment will be very successful in this high torque, high strain environment. 51 euros for 3 belts is not a steal, but it comes close. It is thankfully less than I anticipated. | |||
