Introduction
Gouden Leeuw 904 is a partly furnished apartment in 'Zuid-oost'; on the ground floor of unique apartment complex situated in a park at the edge of the city. It overlooks an open green space that separates Amsterdam from Diemen.
The apartment has a usable surface of 120m2 organized (approximately) into the following spaces:
- about 60% in livingroom (50%) with adjoined open kitchen (10%) - A bedroom (10%) - A bathroom with large walk-in shower (10%) - An intermediate (work) room (15%) - Storage-closet with shelves - Hallway and passages (the rest)
The apartment has access to a garden on the backside via sliding patio doors from the bedroom as well as the livingroom. The garden is about 100m2, and has a terrace for seating as well as giving access to the park. There is also a shed for bikes and chairs and such.
The other side of the apartment has another complement of sliding patio-doors that give access to a patio which can be used for quiet activities only (no parties/bbq).
The front-door connects to a covered walkway that winds through the park, connecting the buildings of the apartment-complex. This provides a convenient way to get to a public garage (private spots available) as well as bringing you close to Metro-station Ganzenhoef

The apartment is available for 2 year leases and has a basic complement of furniture available that belongs to the apartment.

How
The lease for the appartment is 1600,- per month and is for a maximum of 2 years. Pets are negotiable; but care must be taken with the wooden floor that covers 80% of the floor-area of the apartment. An extra deposit to cover damage might be asked.
