Grind Mate leaf tea with a mixer and sieve finely
Dice apples (with scale)
Squeeze lemons and limes
Boil a strong tea out of the course residue of the leaf tea (roughly 250g) in 1.5 litres of water
Boil apples, lemon juice, lime juice, Club-Mate, tea and residue for at least 10 minutes
Mix until desired consistency
Fill jars with deliciousness
