  • Must: Accessible by car for loading/unloading
  • Must: Scaled rent (depends on rent)
  • Nice: Central/easy to find location.
  • Nice: Ground floor access for wheelchairs and heavy equipment
  • Nice: Parking spaces available.
  • Nice: High building with access to roof for wireless links.
