Ingredients
- 10 kg apples
- Juice of 4 lemons
- Juice of 4 limes
- 3 bottles of Club-Mate
- 1,25kg Mate leaf tea
- 11 kg glaced sugar
Preparation
- Grind Mate leaf tea with a mixer and sieve finely
- Dice apples (with scale)
- Squeeze lemons and limes
- Boil a strong tea out of the course residue of the leaf tea (roughly 250g) in 1.5 litres of water
- Boil apples, lemon juice, lime juice, Club-Mate, tea and residue for at least 10 minutes
- Mix until desired consistency
- Fill jars with deliciousness
