Inspired by the HUGE new space that we might get at WG-terein, I want to organise a monthly->fortnightly->weekly MovieNight (also looking for a better title).

To start with, I want to show only movies that are *ENCOURAGING* sharing, by having a license that allow watching it with a group of friends.

As the events unfold & mature, we might want to consider challenging the outdated copyright protection laws... but that's a later stage.

Apart from the license, movies should also have a topic that is attractive to the hackers community (& fringe friends).

Suggestions for topics and movie titles are welcome!

Topics

The digital revolution of the last decade has unleashed creativity and talent in an unprecedented way, with unlimited opportunities. But does democratized culture mean better art or is true talent instead drowned out? This is the question addressed by PressPausePlay, an award-winning documentary film created by Swedish digital agency House of Radon. The film contains interviews with some of the most influential creators of the digital era, including Moby, Seth Godin, Robyn, Lykke Li, Andrew Keen, Sean Parker and Hot Chip.
