The NetworkTeam will do some maintainance on the network, the server rack, and some cleaning. Things planned: == Patchbay == * Check cable "Middle 2", patchbay port 2 * Pull additional cable from "entrance west space" socket to the patchbay in the serverrack * Replace wallsocket for "port1" and "port2" near the fireplace == Server Rack == * Re-stack hardware in a more logical way, remove hardware most likely not going to be used (3rd Netapp shelve, UPS, etc) * Cable all systems redundant (if possible) * Prepare test environment for CEPH cluster == Space infra == * Place 1TB disk in Indicio to store music localy == Cleaning == * Make inventory of all unused hardware and spare parts * Make list of hardware for a) re-donating to other members, b) re-donating to other spaces, c) recycling * Reduce occupied shelve space
