Dispute resolution group
There waren't enough members to form a concensus on this topic, discussion has been postponed to the next meeting.
Cleaning the space
The idea of a cleaning station was suggested, which would consist of a centrally located cabinet with cleaning equipment. It would also feature a roster where cleaning tasks for the month are outlined and crossed off when done. No further plans were discussed due to time constraints.
Hosting the techinc wiki/website
We need more people to comment and feedback on this issue.
Open hackerspaces day
Assuming TechInc will participate in the open hackerspaces day, we evaluated all the available options in accordance with the events schedule and concluded that all of the proposed dates are available. We've communicated this to the organisers.
Regular food/drink orders
No members to date have stepped up to volunteer for managing the monthly order from AH. Discussion has been postponed to the next meeting.
Wiki upgrade
No members to date have stepped up to volunteer for upgrading the wiki. The procedure for volunteering has been outlined as follows: contact realitygaps.
